Most filter cartridge producers have to buy an extruder from one supplier, a winder from another and a tube line from a third — then make them work together themselves. UDTECH builds all of it.
We have grown into a professional manufacturer that combines independent R&D, production, domestic sales, global export and technical after-sales service under one roof. Our engineering team develops the machines, our own plant builds them, and our service engineers install and train your operators on site.
Production runs in a 6,000-square-metre standardised workshop backed by a dedicated R&D centre, and equipped throughout with advanced manufacturing, laboratory and testing instruments. Every line passes a full-process quality control procedure and a trial production run before it leaves the factory, so the output you saw quoted is the output you get.
Continuous technical innovation has produced a portfolio of national invention and utility model patents. What we manufacture
Four equipment families cover the core of a cartridge factory — from raw polypropylene granules through to finished melt-blown, carbon block and wound cartridges. Lines can be supplied individually or configured together as a turnkey plant.
PP melt-blown filter cartridge production line
Fully automatic control with variable frequency speed regulation. Heats, melts, extrudes and forms polypropylene into tubular depth cartridges, with multi-layer filtration structures available. Low energy consumption, low scrap rate and consistent micron accuracy.

CTO activated carbon filter cartridge line
Extrusion, heating and shaping of fruit-shell and coal-based activated carbon bound with food-grade adhesive. Complete line from automatic mixer and feeder through extruder, cooling, automatic cutting and dust collection — designed for 24-hour continuous running.

PP string wound filter cartridge machine
Precision winding of textile fibre yarn onto a porous core to build honeycomb depth filtration. High winding speed, stable yarn formation, automatic stop when the cartridge is complete, and fast changeover between sizes — 10 inch to 70 inch handled on one machine.

UDF tube making machine
Plastic extrusion line producing the PP tubes, cores and profiles that sit inside finished cartridges. Handles pipe, sheet, rod and profile extrusion from PP granules and masterbatch, and pairs with downstream forming equipment to build a complete extrusion cell.
