Floor Space and Output Check
A wire-wound line occupies 1.5 m by 13.5 m, and it turns out one cartridge every 50 to 60 seconds. Those two numbers decide whether your building can take the line and what a month of it looks like. Put your own bay and shift pattern in below.

What the two numbers are
The 1.5 m by 13.5 m figure is the line footprint we quote, and the 50 to 60 second figure is the cycle a wire-wound line holds once it is running. Neither is a ceiling on your building: a shorter bay can take the line in sections, which changes the layout and becomes a quotation line item rather than a refusal.
Model assumptions: the walkway figure is applied to both sides and both ends. Output is cycle time carried straight through the shift, so it is a nameplate figure and not a yield after changeovers, breaks or maintenance. The band is 50 seconds at the fast end and 60 seconds at the slow end.
